In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xbaiee", "we", "us", "our" refers to the xbaiee platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://xbaiee.vip.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with xbaiee and is bound by these Terms.
• "Platform" refers to the xbaiee website, including all pages, services, features, games, and betting markets available at xbaiee.vip and any associated subdomains.
• "Account" refers to the individual member account opened upon successful registration on the xbaiee platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Member's xbaiee Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market on the xbaiee platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by xbaiee subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which xbaiee operates all transactions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that xbaiee may require of Members at any time.

Access to and use of the xbaiee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. xbaiee operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by xbaiee or any other gaming platform, that would prohibit your participation in real-money gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of xbaiee, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.

xbaiee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at xbaiee's discretion following verification. xbaiee takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and cooperates with relevant third-party age verification systems where applicable.

By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any false representation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of xbaiee services, including real-money betting and casino games, you must complete the registration process and open a Member Account. The following conditions govern account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one xbaiee account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• No third-party accounts: You may not register an account on behalf of another person, or allow any other person to use your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
• Verification: xbaiee may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before permitting withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of irregular account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account activation: xbaiee reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, xbaiee will create a BDT-denominated Wallet associated with your account. All deposits, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to you. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your password or OTP to any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not access, or attempt to access, any other Member's account.
• You must notify xbaiee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• xbaiee will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from xbaiee and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

xbaiee employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactional flows to protect the security of data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, xbaiee cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to xbaiee in accordance with the procedure above and xbaiee has confirmed the breach in writing.

xbaiee accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment methods:

xbaiee does not charge any deposit fees on any supported payment method. However, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which xbaiee bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your xbaiee Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. xbaiee reserves the right to return deposits and request re-submission from a verified personal account at any time.

xbaiee does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or any payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via unsupported channels may result in permanent loss of funds, for which xbaiee accepts no liability.

Members may request withdrawal of available balances from their xbaiee Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Verified account required: Withdrawals to new payment destinations may require completion of KYC verification before processing. xbaiee reserves the right to request identity and payment method documentation at any stage.
• Same-method policy: xbaiee reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where this is technically feasible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Times quoted are operational targets, not contractual guarantees.
• Pending bets: Funds that are currently staked in active bets or subject to unsettled wagering requirements from a bonus are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are resolved.
• Withdrawal fees: xbaiee does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

xbaiee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or resolution of a suspected Terms violation. In such cases, xbaiee will notify the Member via email and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution. Unreasonable delays without communication may be reported to [email protected].

xbaiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game or market types will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus per member: Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Validity period: Bonuses and free bets expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds / game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on bets meeting minimum odds thresholds, or on specific casino games or sports markets as specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and exploitation: xbaiee reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has exploited a promotion through irregular betting patterns, abuse of bonus terms, collusion, or any other means not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Withdrawal of bonus balance: Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from your Wallet upon a withdrawal request. Only real-money balance may be withdrawn before bonus wagering requirements are completed.

xbaiee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to modify promotional terms with reasonable notice. Continued participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the xbaiee platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published on the relevant pages of the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once confirmed by the xbaiee system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other reason — are not considered placed.
• Insufficient funds: xbaiee will not accept a bet if your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Partial bet acceptance is not offered.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied to your bet. xbaiee is not responsible for odds movements between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Event cancellation: In the event that a sporting fixture or market is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, xbaiee will apply its standard void and refund rules, as published in the relevant sport's rules section. Void bets are typically refunded to the Member's Wallet as real-money balance.
• Error correction: In the event of a manifest pricing error (an "obvious error"), xbaiee reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games available on xbaiee are sourced from certified studios and use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG technology and are not influenced by the platform or by any individual Member's activity.
• Disconnection during live play: xbaiee is not liable for losses arising from disconnection, browser failure, or device malfunction during a live casino session or in-play bet. The platform's server-side records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and bet settlements.

xbaiee reserves the right to suspend, delay, or refuse settlement of any bet or game outcome pending investigation of a suspected rules violation, system error, or integrity concern. Members will be notified of any such suspension within a reasonable timeframe.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaiee platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software designed to interact with the xbaiee platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of insider knowledge exploitation in connection with sporting events offered on the xbaiee sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or use the xbaiee platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or unauthorised payment method use.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing limits, or evading a previous account suspension.
• Colluding with other Members at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the xbaiee platform. Members who discover a bug are required to report it immediately to [email protected] rather than exploit it.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbaiee support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

xbaiee employs a range of fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party risk management tools to identify prohibited conduct. Determinations of prohibited conduct are made at xbaiee's sole discretion and are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

All content on the xbaiee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the property of xbaiee or its content and game studio partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbaiee platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any platform content without xbaiee's express prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the xbaiee platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the xbaiee platform.
• Use any xbaiee trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion, mislead consumers, or imply an endorsement relationship not expressly authorised by xbaiee.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and is licensed to xbaiee for display on the platform. Unauthorised reproduction of such content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaiee and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in betting or casino games.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures outside xbaiee's reasonable control, including acts of God, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match information.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.

xbaiee's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xbaiee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

xbaiee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Members. The platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults; it is not a source of income, and no gambling system is guaranteed to produce profitable outcomes over the long term.

xbaiee provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your xbaiee Wallet.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Pop-up alerts displaying time spent in a session and net result.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account if you feel your gambling has become problematic. Temporary exclusions may be set for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

xbaiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbaiee will notify registered Members via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the xbaiee platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and last updated date, is always available at xbaiee.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your xbaiee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and resolution of any pending bets.

Involuntary suspension or closure by xbaiee: xbaiee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, xbaiee may forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law. xbaiee will provide written notice of forfeiture and the reason for account closure in all cases except where disclosure of the reason would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, as applied in a jurisdiction mutually agreed between the parties in the event of a formal dispute.

Dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, payment, or any other matter relating to your xbaiee account, you must first contact the xbaiee support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. xbaiee will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to xbaiee's dedicated disputes team by clearly stating your escalation request in a follow-up email to the same address. The disputes team will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision within 21 business days of escalation.

xbaiee's final decision on any dispute shall be binding on both parties, except where a Member has a statutory right under applicable law to pursue further recourse. xbaiee encourages Members to retain records of all transactions, bet confirmations, and communications that may be relevant to a potential dispute.
